Lee was strolling down the street. It was a calm, pleasant, normal night. Until the Kazekage appeared in front of him.

Lee stopped. "Oh, hey Gaa-" He was cut off by lips pressing against his own. He blinked in shock. Gaara was kissing him passionately.
Lee wanted to pulled away, but you can't tell a Kazekage no, can you?
As the kiss continued, Lee realized that he was enjoying it, so he cautiously kissed back.
Since it seemed to make Gaara more relaxed, he kissed back with almost as much passion. The Kazekage was very distressed, he could feel it.

When Gaara pulled away, Lee started "Gaara-sama, what-"
"-I need you." His words were heavy with need.
Lee flushed red. "Wh-what?"
The Kazekage was suddenly serious. "I need your help."
Lee's heart was still racing from the kiss. "W-with what?"
He hesitated in his reply, but answered quietly. "They're after me."
Lee froze. Who could possibly make someone such as Gaara, the almighty Kazekage, so frightened? "Who?"
Gaara stared into Lee's eyes with fear. "The Akatsuki." He closed his eyes, remembering..:

..The Kazekage sat at his desk, working. He noticed movement from the corner of his eye. He looked outside and saw a bird flying around his village. 'Birds like that don't exist in this desert...' He stood up, needing to protect his village against whatever it may be.
Kankuro threw the door open, shouting "Gaara! You must evacuate the village immediately!"
The Kazekage threw a glare at his brother. "What?"
Kankuro panted out "The fortune teller said that the Akatsuki were invading the village! She foretold the if you fought them, you would die!"
Gaara drew back in shock. "But-"
"Gaara.. You can't protect the village if you are dead.. Now go! Please!"
A look of extreme pain crossed Gaara's angelic features.

Gaara opened his eyes. He stared at Lee. "Can you help me?"
"Of course Gaara-sama!" Lee said, saluting. "We should get Tsunade, and-"
"-No."
"W-why?" Lee said, shocked.
"The less people that know, the better. If the Akatsuki are looking for me, they'll no doubt go visit our allies. Namely Konoha. If an army is rallied, they'll know I'm here."
Lee's mouth opened in shock. "Then what do we do??"
Gaara stared at Lee and said flatly. "You hide me."

Lee led the Kazekage to his house. When he closed the front door, Gaara asked "I don't suppose you conveniently have a hidden room under this floor?"
"No, but I am going to make one." Lee said, staring at a certain spot determinedly.
"...You're kidding."
