A vampire hunter was walking through the disturbingly dark mansion. As he was approaching the room where the vampire slept, stake poised, the door opened. He froze. But the vampire wasn't there. He continued creeping toward the room.
He felt a sudden chill and froze again. This time he knew it was over. The vampire was right behind him.
An evil voice said, "You're too late, I've already awoken."
With that said, Gaara sank his fangs into the guys neck. The guy screamed and tried to stab Gaara by swinging his hand behind him.
Gaara smiled. Sand blocked the attack.
The guy probably would have said 'what the hell' If he weren't already sinking to the ground in submission, accepting his death.
That had to be just about the ultimate high possible, when they just knew they were going to die and just accepted it.
Of course, it's a definate high to feel them feel their own life ebbing away...

Gaara was still trying to get a few more drops from the guys neck when he realized that the guy hadn't come alone. He looked up from the pale body and saw a small terrified girl, her pupils were dialated, the blood moving through her at a high speed.
The girl watched as the vampire dropped the body, and stand. Her eyes were glued to Gaara's vertical slitted ones. The boy smiled and took a step toward her. She droped the stake she'd worked so hard to make and made a run for it.
The vampire was only walking toward her. She screamed while running, hoping the vampire would let her go.
She was stopped in her tracks by his appearance in front of her. His evil grin hadn't left his face.
"Please don't hurt me!" She screamed.
His eyelids lowered.

Another scream tore through the mansion as his fangs pierced her tender throat.

He tossed the small body aside as he searched for more prey.
