Hmm. I think this is where the Poser beats Daz Studio. You used Poser to convert it right?

That's right,... load the clothes, conform, adjust to the starting morphs (I usually make the figure ubber skinny in frame 1 and flesh them out to stretch the clothes), export the clothes in whatever format (I usually use wavefront object format), delete the conforming clothes and import the obj file, set parent (usually to the chest), then set up and run the dynamics.  For some clothes, like the V3 MFD, I have to pull it into Anim8or to delete the trim (hem and sleeves) because the parts that curl back inward tend to bog down the dynamics calculations.
