It is a Dead Hand, an evil monster featured in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He is a mini-boss who appears around 5 times, 1 in Bottom of the Well, 2 in Shadow temple, and 1 or 2 in The Castle of Ganondorf. The rest is explained in the picture, a creepy zombie beast with multiple ARMS PROTRUDING FROM THE GROUND AND HOLDING YOU STILL WHILE IT EATS YOU ALIVE

Oh, I didn't even go into detail. It is covered in red stains, the blood of it's victims. Those hands aren't his own, they were ripped off of victims and stitched together then attached to his nervous system, and when he eats you, his jaw unhinges and grows to three feet wide open and it's dull teeth slowly dig into your flesh and you can't help but to screamm in agony. Just wait, it is believed that it was once a thief who attempted to steal the Lens of Truth, to be punished his REAL hands were chopped off and he was thrown down the well. There his corpse began to re-animate due to the evils contained within the well, then he became a cannibal and began to devour his old fellow villagers. That's all i really got, but he doesn't have tentacles on his main body, those are his arms with bloodied stumps for hands

Sorry to butt-in but I have to add. This isn't the only monster like this in the game and, can you believe this was rated E for Everyone? This game was targeted for children!!!! Still a great game though lol
