Finally. The real Wakinyan. ...as real as she can be.Thunderspirit with kind a birdy appearance, metal halo, collar and horns... The skull she carries isn't from a canine or a deer, but something between those...
The great spirit who brings storms in the beginning of any rainy season. She carries her great duty with pride, but this proud creature also loves life, which would disappear without her refreshing rains. So she with her heavy storms bring water and life, unlike Thunderbeast whose thunderstorms are judging and mostly just destructive.
Wakinyan is clever one, usually on nobody's side. She's able to choose wisely her way. Even a quite egoistic Coyote respects her...but Coyote would never admit it, though.
There's some very dry years sometimes, when Wakinyan doesn't come. Her reasons are unknown, some said she's needed somewhere. Is said that during worldwide weatherless season all the spirits are needed somewhere. ...
Ink, a liner, colour pencils and a waaay too much time.

How I should know...? Perhaps it's only name for an area...? .... I found Wakinyan from one myth book over a year ago, and it said the same what I said earlier...but I don't remember the culture anymore. ._.
