I would have taken better photos but at that day it was -25C cold (even in that outside corridor) and camera almost literally froze. x>

I do them but I'm closed right now due to I leave to exchange for half a year, obviously I can't take my fabric collection with me. Base price is 50€ (for a mid-size plushie) and goes up with every detail or if I must use more expensive fabrics (size doesn't matter that much usually, but it matters to shipping price, too big plushies cost a quite lot to ship another continent).

Not offended. But I'm not willing to tell how I exactly make my plushies...another reason is that my plushie making is a bit unlogical...I make all body parts in random order and finally sew everything together. Not the best way but works with me.

JHjhghfd! 8D
Okay. This was a big surprise and not to the same time x> Since you did Zyreus yourself I wondered “and when comes MoA? :<”. Now she is there in all good MoAísh looking <3
You sued many materials here . Unfortunately it is not possible to see a clear difference here what is what and what exactly is the difference 8< I only know the fabric you sued for the black site of wings looks awesome *w* In general I´d say the outside of the wings is the best of whole plushie, even thought the head is the most respectable for all those damn details at such a small place x>
… Even claws have their two colors. Just great x>
Fluffy chest fur is fluffy <3 And this whole plushie is pretty great 83 (Looks like your collection of official and custom plushies grows bigger and bigger x>)
Now I guess that mentioned second plushie will be Lusse? 83 I hope because MoA needs and annoying counterpart x>

Sysirauta In reply to Schwarznebel [2011-01-24 20:49:30 +0000 UTC]
And this was a mini-MoA only. I'd want to make Lusse too buuut I don't have found good white fabric yet. D: Must wait and keep on searching. Next must-have will be something else.
Black main colour and everything is that...minky. I don't even know what it is in Finnish, I just remember/know English name. Very soft short fur. Wings have seven layers of fabric...I didn't need any stuffing or support structure more. x>
Aaand I MUST think another way for claws than sew black and white together and then turn those triangles inside out. They were SMALL, I had NINETEEN of them...I spend a couple of hours just turning them right side out. D<
...I have 4 selfmade plushies from Gomis, 1 from Merlen, 6 what I've made (I don't count really old ones eventhough I have a such many of them, or those two baby gryphons which are not sold yet)...yep.

It´s funny you want to make a big one someday btu MUST have a little one right now. Sounds like someday MoA won´t be unique anymore, mwahaha.
Aww no fur for Lusse 8<
Okay. That thing with claws sounds pretty bad now ._o
I Feel like I should try to sew something nice too. “Unfortunately” you made already pretty Unknown plushie so this idea can be dropped now. Good question what to do next. I have no other blue monsters besides Yarek maybe (which is snake thing so this already started thing doesn’t work for it) and don´t know anything official in this blue hue I really like and has that kind of anatomy. Hrm hrm. Should try to get a good idea. All my favorite characters are absolutely not able to do was plushie (at least not well) so I shouldn´t search under them but rather on official sites. God where are my Poké and Digi inspiration when I need them? 8< But at least I have some low practice already. Very law but practice is practice.
Well. So now I´ll wait for that mentioned plushie. Since it is not Lusse I can wonder if it´ll be Rem, the non-baby Feke or Creator – because I think a big yellow god bird is a must at MoA´s house x>

...then I must hide that mini-MoA deep into my wardrobe...
I am so evil. |> You must create something new now ooor just make bigger Unknown. And don't say impossible, I've seen a Sleipmon plushie here (its name is written Sliepmon....) and after that everything felt a not-so-impossible.
Creator and Chaos are necessary too...especially Chaos. I want see sellers reaction when I go ask for THREE blue plastic eyes. |D

...before big one finds out and eats it D:
I´ve seen that one too a time ago *has to check it now again to remember* and it looks indeed not bad at all x> Main respect goes for THAT kind of material thought. I´ve heard it is evil and doesn’t like to get sewed x>
Okay. Let´s correct it then and say "not plush-able", (<-at least most plush-artists said so. I could have let them try for about 200-300€ but we-ell /D) especially not for any beginner x"D Sleip should be more complex than Zirmepses P. but I still wouldn’t know how to do that thing right. I have no problems with trying something better than common ball-Digimon first but not THAT complex please x">
Sounds good. I´ll look forward those birdies and next must-plushie x) At elats stiffed thingies are something special.
My days are too short ._o” *goes again*

Zirempses would make good beanie plushie because of those movable joints - just make pink base, and then armor piece by piece. x>
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Schwarznebel In reply to Sysirauta [2011-01-31 12:10:20 +0000 UTC]
Okay I don´t know what exactly beanies are, but layered plushie would be necessary x)
I have one lesson less so if I´m lucky I´ll have at elats one hour time in city to visit the closest textile shop and search for some fabric. I´d need one reeeally shiny one that has color values from purple to strong pink. Aaand I´d need a sort of hard/stable silver fabric for the armor... not to mention the shiny pink textile-paint. Shouldn´t be too easy to find btu I´ll try :>
...Zirmepses P. isn´t the most clever idea to start without any good practice thought <_<" But fabric isn´t that expensive so whatever... :>

Sysirauta In reply to Schwarznebel [2011-01-31 16:32:37 +0000 UTC]
Beanie plushie is very "flopsy" plushie...at least in my use of terms. Imagine flexible fabric and not too much stuffing, with some plastic grains (I put them to Unknown's feet a bit too).
But hey, skills develope faster if you don't let yourself do too easy. |3

Ah I guess those old Digimon plushies form Adventure01 generation are Beanie plusheis too. Got it x>
I couldn´t get any plastic grains - only common white stuffing 8< But I´ll try to make that plushie anyways /D
That´s true x>
