This is so realistic it would feel creepy for me to have such BJD in my room (no offence!), it seems like he's going to speak or blink in a moment like a real person. Really good job, I think you are very skilled. ;D

I appreciate the compliment, young lady. However this piece has been altered so much since this picture was taken, because it was not good enough to me. Hopefully it will be satisfactory something this year and have cast made.
ย Thanks for the kind words!!

I'm never satisfied with what I do as well, and try to make things better. Guess, that is the curse of people who create things ;D
Nonetheless, I hope you become satisfied with that piece soon! It is indeed amazing.

ย Sometimes you have to learn to let go of a project and start new one, I have been told that. I heard Frazetta had the same problem and kept working on the already famous paintings of his while they were hanged on a museum.

ย I do, too.ย  Thanks for the compliment again.

Looking quite like him now. I have to admit that the hair and seeing him from another view helped a bit but nonetheless... you are a terrific sculptor!

Great work!
I'd suggest "interesting" is applicable for a BJD head that is:
1) unusual and not often seen type;
2) has a lot of interesting possibilities for a custom to a different characters.
I like this one the best between all your 1/3 heads

Haha, define interesting? Well, it's the opposite of plain, isn't it? He has a face you remember.

I have noticed that people often use the term, "interesting" when they have not much nicer things to say about art work. That is why I asked.ย  They also use the term, "cute" "creative" and "clever" in the similar situation.

That's probably quite true, but then I'm not really "most people". I feel fairly certain you know I think you're an excellent sculptor.

That's a very nice way of calling someone weird.
