Probably the best car I've ever owned (and the only one of my former cars I actively miss), but don't damn me just yet.  It was a 1983:

Back when the Supra was still part of the Celica range.  About the best car made in the '80s, this one features bulletproof Toyota engineering and handling by Lotus (Toyota owned them at the time).  It could've used a bit more power (150 hp was good for 1983, but completely inadequate today).

I had a MK II Ford Escort as my first car.  I mention this only because it had a sunroof too!  Back in the day when sunroof's were a 'bonus' feature.  Not to mention manually operated windows.  Never fear.  If you don't move your shoulder it looks like electric from the outside! Yeah! Kicking it old school!

The MK II Escort was a nice car, not that I'll ever see one on this side of the Pond (at least I've got the Matchbox).  I wish my current cars (any of them) had a sunroof.  I ordered two cars from the factory, and no sunroof or moonroof was available on either of them.  Of course the year after I got my 2008 Mustang they started offering an all glass roof version in 2009:

Sadly it's fixed (they really want customers to plop down the extra money for the convertible) but at least they offered something.  I've thought about getting an aftermarket sunroof installed but I don't like the idea of cutting the roof of my car...
