haha! Wow im glad you like.XD you just make a square cake (I drew out the shield on paper then cut it out) then lay ur shield shaped drawing on the cake and cut it out. I used the flower tip [link] and then I threw the color of sprinkles all over it. [link] (<-those kind) thats it! ^^
