Aw, you're very welcome. : ) I have to leave for church, so I'll just say that the role play is fantastic and is a joy to read. I feel bad for ripping it apart with editing sometimes, mostly because Alyssa gets so freaked out when she sees a bunch of purple. But rest assured your role play is AMAZING!!!

I wish I just had the chance to get to know you more. You seem like a cool person and I've only met you one like three years ago at alyssa's party. It's great to hear from you and I will be sure to finish reading Part 2 this afternoon.

Oh, no problem. I'm happy to do it. There's a reason I'm going into journalism. I do believe I want to be an editor. I would say I want to be a writer, but I think that writing as a profession would be more stressful than editing just because if you get a bad case of writer's block just before the story's supposed to be finished... yeah... I don't want to deal with that stress. At least with editing, sure I might feel on a time crunch that I may have not done a great job editing, but at least I won't be regretting that as much as not putting out my own story that feels rushed and lacking to me, ya know?

So yes, I have now read part two so I know what happens and I will go back and edit it throughout the course of this week during my free time. There will probably be more edits in this one, just because there's more stage directions. I try my best to stay away from changing dialogue too much, but I feel like I can change stage directions around as much as I want as long as I use relitivaly the same words and as long as it creates the same picture. I hope that's okay with you.

I feel bad though because well... don't tell Alyssa this... Well, she maybe already knows idk... but it's a lot easier to edit your stuff than it is Alyssa's. Sometimes Alyssa's work isn't very clear and I have to spend a lot of time decoding it. I eventually figure out what she's trying to say usually, but it takes a lot of work. It's very easy to edit your writing because all I basically have to do is little punctuation things and change everything to present tense (a habit developed mostly because of Gaia. lol).

But I will tell you just as I told Alyssa, if you EVER feel uncomfortable with me changing your role play so much with my edits, you can tell me to back off. I completely understand the pains of working on a piece of writing so hard and being completely satisfied with it and getting it back with a ton of markings on it, especially if the markings are in your opinion better than what you originally had. I just makes your heart sink. So I completely understand if you don't want me to edit SO much because of that reason.

I have a suspicion that I might be hurting Alyssa a little with all my edits and I talked to her about it and made her promise that she'll tell me if my editing EVER upsets her. I don't know if she'll live up to that promise though... So if you could do me a favor? Just keep tabs on her in case she tries to hide the fact that she's upset. I don't want her to feel bad and stuff. Or you for that matter.

But, if neither of you say anything, I will continue to edit the way I am now, which is reletivaly harsh, but I promise it doesn't change the story, it merely enhances it if anything. But just be sure to let me know if my edits do become a problem.

You know what thought came to my mind this morning? It'd be really funny if you and I started some sort of writing project. lol Cuz Alyssa's in the middle of two big writing things and if you and I started something it'd be quite the triangle of writing. Hahaha. I'm not actually suggesting we do one thing or another, but I just found the thought funny. :>

Will do. I understand that you are used to Gaia language, so it's fine.

I also plan to go back and edit almost everything that needs to be fixed when I put it all onto a Word document. There could be lots more added as well as changed, but since we are doing this here on dA, I try not to focus as much on the details, and write what is on my mind presently. I am aware of all the grammatical mistakes, typos, tenses, etc. I try to write as much of the role play in present tense as I possibly can; Alyssa is usually the one who writes in past tense.

I will do my best to fix them when the RP comes to an end. I would like a nice, clean and error-free document as well as the original piece on a Word document when we are finished, so I shall try to make that happen when, or if, I get the chance.

Cool, good luck with editing. I will be editing it but yeah, I know I would probably want to edit my own rp myself rather than rely on someone else's edits. But if you never get to it, my edits are always with Alyssa if you want her to send them to you.
