This is very good, especially the face and the hair. But I think you should put shadows on the clothes also. Looks a bit odd without it, especially since everything that's not clothes has shadows on it. Though I also like to add that the neck looks a bit too small for the girl's head, even though this is manga art and the necks tend to not be realistic proportions from what I've seen, it still has some sort of proportion. And once the neck gets changed it'll definitely change the bottom part of your drawing a bit. [NOTE:This is my first critique so the rating may be off from what I truly think it is..]
