I had TOTAL freedom to design her outfit as long as it was whimsical so this was very enjoyable for me! I also kind of miss drawing in this style ;3;
the textures on the sleeves actually came from a pixiv member but I cannot remember their ID right now ORZ. I watch too many people there. But rest assured I will post it up when i find him/her.
