Nice shot!

I met the guy that owns that when he was having it photographed at a friends studio a month or so ago.

I guess its a replica, but basically a really high end replica that is still rare so its still worth over $100,000! He drives it all the time too, which is totally respectable. I hate when people pimp out cars and never drive them. What a waste!

It's a damn sexy machine!

Thank-you!!

That's cool!!.....I'm not sure if this one is local or not, I thought since it was with the Ford Racing Team it was authentic and was traveling with the Good Guys show.

Here is one I always see at the Pavilions [link]

My bad!
Yeah, that one must be the real deal.
I was thinking that local one had the number '5' on it, but after checking out your link to the other photo, it was totally the number '3' car I was thinking of. I remember now because I recall that '3' on the hood being off center

I'm not sure $100,000 is quite realistic, but Factory Five's do have incredible resale values. That kit is less than $20,000 to buy, many are completed for less than $35,000.

There were only 5 originals, and they're a lot more than $100,000, so it's doubtful that they will be driving an original regularly. A single barn find of the "missing" Daytona Coupe was valued well over 4 million.

Realistic or not, that's the value they had put on it. I didn't know enough about any of it to say it was actually worth it or not.
