Description
Pauldrons made from scavenged motorcycle tires and belts. Several people have asked about my process--I use a paint marker to draw the shapes and I cut them with a rough cut wood blade in a jigsaw. Clamping the pieces in a vice really helps to reduce the vibration while cutting. After all that I just drill holes and assemble them with nuts and bolts.
