Thanks on both, I think this is the best car i've done so far. And at the fair i got both second and first.

You're welcome. I had this kit but never got around to building it and sold a bunch of my kits since I needed the money and probably wasn't going to build them any time soon anyway.

Bummers but i know the feeling, I have a little over a 100 to do ( yes a 100), some are almost done, others need to be started or have small parts done to them.
I'm temped to sell some but most ive done something too. I did sell off my Star Wars kits tho that were sealed still (all but the X-Wing).
Wish i had more time to do all my art....

I have a buddy who has way more than that. He worked in a hobby shop in his younger days and sometimes got kits along with his paycheck. He has a "wall of plastic" in his hobby room.

Wow, now thats a hobby kit collector to be proud of....I thoght i was bad but guess not (joking grin). But its at least keeps us out of trouble and doing not only something fun but makeing art.

congrats on the win - these look great still, they just don't make them like that anymore

Had a friend when I was in high school that had one, and there was a semi-official sticker on the dash that said "Do not exceed 140 mph with the side windows open. The rear window may blow out."
