Description This one's a little less vibrant than the nebulae I've been submitting recently, but I really like it, and I think it's good to show diversity. After playing around in Painter I decided to give Photoshop a go again, and I really enjoyed the softness and transparency Photoshop allowed me to work with, rather than the smudgy, opaque style of Painter.

I love the soft feel of this one. It may not be as colorful as your recent pieces, but it's just as beautiful.

That is quite incredible. Great lighting and tonal variation, you also show authenticity in creating a realistic form which isn't too radical. The colours for well with the piece and framed, I'd want this on my wall.

You have intricately used your tools the gather dust formations in areas as well, something which I rarely see in these kind of pieces so a plus there. Well done. Some faint stars may be needed to finalize depth in the lower left corner where a dust cloud slowly comes into view, and would add continuity to the image but overall this is a stunning piece.

Excellent work my friend.

i understand this liking for photoshop...i like it a lot too, but Painter brushes: OUAHH!
in doing nebula, there's nothing Painter cannot do compared to Photoshop...
The blenders section is of great help imo, oily blender and grainy water not to mention...plus the fact that any brush of any kind can be transform as a blender tweaking Resat and Bleed...this should be perfect to do those little whispery details you put in all your nebulas....

Yea I really like Painter too, but some times it's just easier to use Photoshop, especially if you want blurry/soft brushes. I'll still use a mixer of both in my future work Thanks for your comment
