Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you won't be doing any more on space art, you were probably one of the best, and I loved every peice of work you did. Because of this, I was wondering if I might be able to use your piece "Halcyon" as a background in a manipulation I'm working on? I'll give you credit for it of course.

thanks for the compliments bro.
well, i applied to art center under illustration last year, got in with a 2 grand scholarship every semester, but i felt that the scholarship was not enought AND that i no longer wanted to go in through illustration. My decision was changed to go through the transportation design program at art center, since they are the #1 design school anywhere for it.
So, my plan- trans design at art center (major), and entertainment design (minor). they're making changes, but thats the basic plan.
currently, im at PCC (pasadena city college), working on my portfolio in hopes of getting an entrance scholarship in to the program. ifi i do- awesome. if i dont... well, i wont go without it. and i WILL go in, so... however long it takes.
anyway, pasadena city college has crawled up the ranks- most art center students go through it nowadays. they've got a great art department. you can also take art center at night classes, which have easier scholarships that you can apply for. if you need more info, let me know.
sorry if my writing makes no sense at the moment- im really tired & sleepy.

Hey. Im just looking through your work, in a frustrating point in my art career, and im wondering how you paint your nebulae. They are so flowing and smooth, yet sharp. Did you get a brush set from somewhere? Or use a special tool like smudge? Or some crazy combination of layer blend styles and everything?
