Oh my god!
I finally finished a request. Whoa. And it only took me 2 whole months to do one piece of art. 
I'm so pathetic. Yeh so anyway. This is Xullrae Zauviir drow character of . Back in February I had the insane idea to give my watchers a free request each if they wanted one as reward for 3000 pageviews. Stupid stupid idea. Since then I've had hurdle after hurdle and when I'm not busy I've just been too damned lazy to get on with any art.
Finally decided to pull my finger out today and sit down and finish this. So here's Xullrae and I hope her owner likes her.

Nice piece, the colours work really well. I particularly like the glowing belt and the white stripe in the hair. The belt matching the earrings is a nice touch too!

Yay glad to know I did a good job. At the moment I don't take paid commissions because I don't have paypal set up and also I'm really limited to what I can do as to what photographic references I can find. I always base all my art from a photo so often its hard to find the right poses. Also I have issues with proportions still and often feel that I'm too slow and unable to produce high enough quality work to be able to present a good business image. Which is why if I do artwork for other people its always free requests. But if you'd like to pay maybe I can try and set up a Paypal account and let you know. Still it means so much that you like this. I had been doing it a tiny bit at a time but I really pulled together today and spent the entire day colouring in Photoshop. My hands are now officially claws
