A bit of a rushed composition, but I personally like the frame.. I always see these 'crazy' people treating their pets like children, and I don't understand it. Pocket poodles and chihuahua's are one thing, but full sized dogs? I don't get it.I bet its a lot worse in LA..
Maybe I just want to see someone with a dalmation in a single gear bike's handlebar basket, I dunno.. wouldnt you?

You will have to have a dog to understand.
There is a possibility, that the dog can not walk (mine barely can, he is quite old), and since that lady is old, she can not carry it all the way. So it's actually a pretty good solution - to let the dog enjoy fresh air and have a walk with it. : )

Kids make bigger poop than small chihuahua! Chihuahua don't wear huggies! They also needs more attention, need to go to school and then need help to do they home work!
