First off I'd say it was a winner choice to choose B&W here as it caught my attention immediately. I think the shot could be cleaned up...some of those spots on the street could easily be cloned-out via PhotoShop to ease the distractions. That's minor, of course. Your caption title WINS ME OVER as a humorous photo. I like how the dog has one leg up as if it's ready-to-go. She doesn't seem close enough to the vendor to be ordering a hot dog. She could simply be contemplating whether or not to order one. I life the City Life feeling here. It would be great as a series with other B&W shots you've taken in the City.
