No reason a monster can't also be a smoothie-machine.

I know right, why not make the monster the victim the humans can take on for a change, ey?

Not a mean monster. Actually, an angel. Designed to fit the "deceptive appearances" concept; it looks evil but truly makes a splendid baby-sitter.

This character is not canon to the story, I just made him up since a friend wanted to see a monster based on a plant she took a picture of. The canon character he is based on, "Beta," is an angel sent to balance the conflict between demons and another angel named Kael who is being punished/rewarded with life as a human soldier. Beta ensures that Kael does not die until his after his work has been completed but will only engage enemies in direct combat if a fight cannot be avoided. Beta will usually not go out of his way to save anyone if it would place Kael in danger. This character, Upsilon would probably function as another guardian angel for a different person.
Both Beta and Upsilon have no true physical body; they exist as balls of light that can sprout plant matter, primarily vines, that are used to control improvised body parts. I'm not sure how far into the area of sacrilege this goes. I don't think it really does at all; they're just guardian angels, after all, not important religious figures.

Interesting, storyline kinda reminds of what little i know of the game known as Darksiders, now 'that' was a sacriligious game ha ha. as an fantasy character it seems pretty cool if you ask me and i noticed it's suit seem to be of leather and brass, is this a somewhat steampunk concept as well if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah, the helmet was a sculpture I did about a month ago, and I figured the whole body should follow suit in style. I have considered changing the story to take place in a steam-punk world but thus far, it has remained on our own boring little Earth.
