Rockery Cake

The collage scetch for this cake looks just like the finished product. I love it when things turn out like I imagined them. It's a rather crumbly coconut cake (not going to use that recipe again) with a strawberry flavoured cream cheese filling.

Over the years I made 4 birthday cakes for my grandma, from my first birthday cake to her last one. Even though I've made a number of cakes since it's still one of my favorites. I'm glad I still got to make it for her.
