Celtic H Cake A simple but elegant design that works for every fan of celtic things. It's supposed to look like painted vellum from an old manuscript, an effect easily achieved with cocoa powder. The inside is far from simple. Between the oatflakes cake are 2 layers of 4 fillings each: chocolate spread, orange jelly, marzipan and tempered chocolate with a snap.
