Meadow CakeI never made so many different flowers: roses, forgetmenots, cherryblossoms, daisys etc. No time for the board left though. The filling is not the usual chocolate cake. Due to the warmer weather I thought something lighter was more appropriate: strawberry cheese cream filling with lemon cake. To protect the fondant from the filling a little cake engineering was needed.
