Description
Windows XP Theme in black.. again nothing special.The blue lettering/arrow on "Music Tasks" is the mouseover color of the 'special task pane'.
The non-hover colors can be seen in the Control Panel window.
If you find any weird things or things that look off color please let me know.

nice skin. i was looking for the perfect black for my xp. this is the one.
but hopefully, you can make it in window's theme file, or msstyle. that would be better instead of using 3rd party application.

Make sure you have WindowBlinds installed and save the file as a .wba on your desktop. Then you can just double click the file and it will auto-install into WindowBlinds and then you can select and apply the skin.
