Well, with all of the green mixed in around it, it's hard to tell that the jacket doesn't have green in it, you know? It took a moment to notice that. Also, I think the title works well with the coat. "Empty Velvet," to me, seems like it means that the coat the character is wearing is the only thing without green mixed in. I'm pretty sure you meant for it to stand for something else, though.
