Xemmy is at the very very top of my list too. Saix is a (relatively) distant second.

If I go to any cosplay cons I WILL get arrested...and maybe slapped with a restraining order.

'Kay, I'm not much of a Xemnas fan but this picture made me drool bad. His pose is so suggestive and with that hazy gaze, it's undoubtedly sexy. I can't help but get the infamous 'bedroom atmosphere' from this pic, the color choices are perfect, the perspective gives the viewer the feeling of having just walked in the room, and the play of light and shadow is very impressive.
