She is good looking... but!! ...
Lips and nose are tooooo soft, I think, especially from a closer distance (0.5m @ 19 in LCD). A little bit would be enough ...
If you watch the picture from a larger distance (2m, again displayed on a 19 inch LCD), the softening effect looks nice, but the eyes are too dark, in particular the inner part of each eye. So it seems, that she squints a bit.
Anyway, the sharpness of her eyes and the smoothness of the background are superb.

thanks for the fair comment. i think lips turned out a bit to soft but it's still ok. IMO this image depicts her softness and cuteness very well.
the thing is that depth of field @ f/1.8 from that distance is really thin. it's hard to maintaint. but this of course is not any excuse
