Well, my first thought when i saw this one?
F"?!...
This is just great. It has been a long time that a i felt something like that whan entering a deviants website. I am kind of stunned.
For me it transports a lot of emotions.
The look on her face and the words written on her finger perfectly fit together, i also like the framing.
Technicaly the focus and the DOF could have been chosen better, maybe focusing on her eyes and chosing F2.8.
On the other hand i like your post processing.
All in all this is one of my favorite pictures during the last few months...
