Description A thought that's been in and out of my mind for a while now. What if for some cosmically mysterious reason Joel Schumaher was made the director (or even producer) to a Superman movie following Batman and Robin.
-
Due to the commercial and critical success of his latest film, Batman and Robin, Joel Schumaker took the helm of yet another DC icon, the Man of Steel himself: Superman.
Schumaker discusses his concept of the designs. "Superheroes are like our modern day Greek gods and I wanted to capture that essence in his suit. I wanted him to look really organic and natural (or au naturale)."
He continues "Superman is not only what every boy wants to be, but even men. We would love to be able to do the things that he does, and look the way he does. Superman embodies every male's dream of physical perfection.
"The S shield is a mix between old and new. It represents Superman for everybody!"
-
Be sure to thank the Lord that this never happened.

Yeah, I wanted his hair to be so "cool" that it was lame.

You know, other than the nipples, collar and presence of black, it's actually not bad.

And the awkward trunk bulge... but thanks. Making Superman look dumb was harder than I thought.
