For the current contest over at TLKFAA. One of my favorite relationships in TLK is the sibling relationship between Nuka and Vitani. I wanted to expand on that and her reaction to Nuka's death. She's remembering their cubhood.This is temporarily in the wrong category because currently there is no digital painting movies/tv category for some reason. Or no way to put an image in there. Sooo, even though I'd technically call this a painting, it's under "Drawings" for now.

Nuka's death always made me sad. All he wanted was his mother's love and it took him unintentionally sacrificing himself to earn that. I always figured that Vitani took it way harder than Zira did. Nuka was her brother. They been through hell and back. They grew up together. They have the strongest bond. Nuka hates Kovu and Zira hates Nuka, so I assume that even though we see him and Vitani bicker in the movie, I'm sure they had the strongest bond.

I've always had this part of my brain that nags at me about the Lion King II on how little screen time both Vitani and Nuka had. (Even if they weren't the main characters.)
