I think one of the more significant influences is the Major from Ghost in the Shell in one of her more modest uniforms. I think it is a neat look that I have just kinda latched onto for the character. Most things about her outfit design can be explained by some practicality except that really; its just aesthetics. Even her harness is thought out. Its her tool bags but instead of giving her cargo pants were the pocket weight would pull down her pants, attaching them to the belt puts that weight on tue hips to be more secure amd comfortable. Long story short: the leotard is an indulgence
