STORY AND WORD COUNT
STORY
Wow. Wow wasn't close to how far along Klaus has come since he was a puppy. The dog wasn't just any pup of any breeding either. This dog was well planned and thought out and carefully bred for the purposes Andrew intended to participate with him in. Over the last two years, Andrew continuously kept the bull on the down low. Worked with him on and off throughout the spare time he had between work.... and other things.
The black trindle stud barked and did his battle cries from the shoreline of the Pink Lake before them. The Australian heat slowly came down from its scorching temperatures, making his dancing less heavy on the lungs. The golden orange eyes watched as the decoy ran down the shoreline into the cool water of the lake. Making his jaws clatter with anticipation through his screams. White froth flung from his jowls; he was ready to go.
Loud hollering and sleeve hitting came from across the shore as the decoy agitated and messed with Klaus. Before the man could finish his agitation, Andrew did what he had to and sent the dog across the way. With a powerful pull forward Klaus was floating across the sand and into the bubble gum pink water where the decoy resided. One good leap took the heavy bull across the air, mouth open, white flashy teeth bared and ready for contact.
The decoy readied himself before Klause came crashing in. Once Klaus landed, the water crashed around them, teeth locked onto the sleeve, decoy yelling into his face as he began to hit the bull against the shoulders. Tightly, Klaus held on as he was then picked up by the hips and held his rear end towards the sky. Quickly the decoy took Klaus and splashed him into the water, testing the dog's grip. His head was then submerged under the water with a quick dunk and pulled back up. He snorted and flushed the water through his jowls, still keeping his grip solid on the sleeve.
Eventually, the decoy stomped out of the shallow water with the dog still connected to the bite sleeve as they reached the shore. It was then the decor fell to his knees, putting pressure against the dog towards the ground, pinning him to the sand. Again the dog continued to keep his tight grips on the hard canvas build sleeve.
Andrew called the dog out into a return and heel, and the stud did just so, releasing his locked jaws and came trotting back to Andrew's right side sitting down. The large blocky head looked up to the blonde with his tongue hanging from the side of his mouth, water dripping from off his chest and stomach onto the sand.
Again the decoy stood up and walked around Andrew, picking up a milk jug full of marbles, and shaking it as he circled around the two. Klaus kept his eye contact on his handler before him, trying his best to not look and check the decoy.
In the end, Andrew walked the bull from the lake and let him cool down on the beach side of things, getting himself wet. He laid frog-legged, stretched comfortably across the beach.
