Also Alpha Centauri what if someone submerged a completely stripped down person in capsaicin crystals. That's the most torturous way imaginable to die by axphyxiation tbh probably because it's a combination of burning to death (from literally everywhere) and asphyxiation.

Oh, Papyrus was just lying to prevent them from eating Aliza. Hopefully the Spear Of Justice can still impale the cannibals later down the road. Of course now Aliza is badly burned, and will have those scars for the rest of her life (assuming surface medicine is like medicine down here).

Practically that cannibalism prevented Undyne from getting the souls she needed to break the barrier, constituting High Treason. Morally it's possible that eating human children is a line even Undyne wouldn't be willing to cross.
While it would be awsome if Undyne took pity on Aliza, I'd also be satisfied if Aliza escaped while the Queen was busy mass-executing Snowdin.
