So this is the first in a series of 3 commissions featuring the 3 girls in the SRU Avatar Alternate Universe... This one being Toph, then Katara and Jane will follow
People who dont know the character will wonder why the eyes look weird - thats because shes blind, lol
Other than that, not much to say... Each portrait will have a theme, with this one being music obviously, with her wearing her recital dress and stuff

Haha, yes, this is my interpretation of a character from Avatar: TLA - her name is Toph and she is blind. In the original story she is very strong and has a special power, but since my AU story is a real-life setting, I gave her a gift with music instead as her "strength" and commissioned this picture to depict the elegance and melancholy of that part of her character.
