This is the Entry Grade 1/144 Build Strike Exceed Galaxy. This kit comes to us from Gundam Build Metaverse, and was built and used by Sei Iori. The Exceed Galaxy is a new Build Strike based on the Entry Grade 1/144 Strike Gundam. The completed Build Strike Exceed Galaxy adopted a new energy super-light circulation mechanism called the "EG System" based on the RG System, which is capable of multidimensional boost-ups to suit the battle situation. Sei also added hardpoints to various parts of the Build Strike Exceed Galaxy and its equipment, allowing for a wide variety of weapon loadouts so that it would fulfill his dream of a Gunpla that had no final form, but rather unlimited potential.

This is a really nice looking kit, and definitely fun to build, but I have mixed feelings about it. The biggest issue is that for whatever reason, the ball joints for the shoulders and hips on this kit can’t do what other Entry Grade kits do, which is stay put. They’re capable of basic articulation, but when you try to get into the more dynamic action poses, the arms and legs constantly pop off. They do pop right back on, though, so it isn’t the worst flaw in the world. Just annoying.

All in all, I did have a lot of fun working on this kit. The build itself is fun and easy, and it leaves plenty of room for optional paint and panel lining (which you guys know by now I totally love). And with a $15 price tag, it won’t break the bank, either. This is definitely a good kit for beginners to the hobby, as well as anyone just looking for a fun Gunpla project to work on.
