Description Guess who's hunting whom!

This is an old piece of one of my favourite fantasy creatures - A DRAGON!

I modelled this example of those beautiful beasts a bit on a ray - meaning him to live both in the air and in the water. How do you like it?

EDIT: Sorry for the new upload. I played a bit with the photograph of this painting in photoshop and I think it looks much better now!

oooh NICE idea to model him on a ray!!! GREAT idea, VERY effective!! they move so scarily in the sea, imagine that in the air, very freaky!! and his eyes and fangs!! really cool picture, the stormy clouds and the whipped up grass are very effective! i think it looks like the dragon's chasing actually not sure why i think that

Thanks so much! I still love the concept. However, I see many flaws in it in the meantime. Hehe, me, I imagine the rider beeing part of a hunters' party - he's the unlucky one who has to play the decoy for the group to catch the dragon.
