Combined two of my favorite things: Dungeons&Dragons and My Little Pony Friendship is Magic.

Every time I worked on this painting my boyfriend and I would debate what class each pony would be... That's how you know you're officially a nerd. And a brony.

In my opinion...

*Rarity doesn't want to play because she thinks it's childish and silly. But, she secretly watches them play because she's curious. And Rarity's a drama queen, so she's intrigued by the roleplaying aspect of the game. If Rarity was to play, she'd be an Artificer. She heals you by making you fly as Hell.
*Applebloom made a character sheet and everything but the big ponies won't let her play and she wants to play NAAAAOOOOWWW! If they'd LET her play, she'd be a badass Monk.
*Twilight Sparkle is the Dungeon Master. Because she's a nerd. She craves rules to follow and she likes the power.
*Derpy has showed up to every session, even though she seems to have no grasp on how to play. She's a Chaos Sorcerer. Her attacks just sort of happen. She has no control over them. It's like when your Pokemon won't listen to you because their level's too high. She's a little confused on the gameplay mechanic though, as evidenced by her Uno cards. Wonder what flavor that dice is...
*Fluttershy showed up because everyone else was playing and she was told she could have an animal companion. She's a Berserker. She's primal, caring and gentle outside of battle, and when she goes into her berserker mode she murders everything. She rolled a crit fail; that's why she's so upset.
*Rainbow Dash likes to play because she's a tomboy, it gives her a chance to be awesome, and she's competitive. She plays a straight-up Rogue. She's quick, stealthy, and awesome. She's bragging about her character AT Rocky. Her character is so much more awesome. Did you see that backflip she just did? Chump.
*Rocky is a Goliath Wizard. The most effective thing ever. He's totally not a chump, chump.
*Pinkie Pie's a Bard, particularly a Prescient Bard. She can tell the future. She has her Pinkie Sense going for her. She sings songs even when the situation doesn't call for them. She wants to cast Magic Missile, but Twilight keeps reminding her that she's not a wizard.
*Twilight convinced Applejack to try the game out. Ever since she was lineart, I've heard her voice in my head saying, "Twi, I don't understand this game... What's an attribute?" Applejack, being a country pony, doesn't really get this dumb game. She's not slow, she just doesn't grasp the point of pretending to be someone else. But, she's trying. She's a Knight. Simple, Martial, Straight-Forward. She gets to buck things.
*Spike's a boy. He likes being nerdly. He genuinely enjoys playing. He's a Cavalier. He also chose the Protector theme because he thought Rarity would be playing, but he was sadly mistaken. He was going to be the knight to her damsel.
