But I just like the fur strands anyway. It's indeed not like the original style, but I think they just add something to the drawing, and I don't want the ponies to look like high gloss rubber or whatever. In the show that doesn't really happen, but as soon as you add shadows and highlights, it quickly looks that way...Or at least I think so.
