Hair by Ricky Diokno (who also did the hair in my Preview Artbook photos with Alice, Cinderella, etc.)
I did some natural light outtakes while Jay *jaytablante was preparing his lighting set-up. Was the stylist, but I also brought my camera with me. :3

Don't think I can compete with just natural light / one light by my side, haha. Jay can use 15 lights just for one shot. A little envious, but yeah, that's his style.

I actually emailed the guy who makes Alienbees and asked if he shipped here but he replied in the negative. I asked if he'd want a distributor here since I was interested but he said he was still thinking about asian distribution... I'll let you know if it does push thru... then you can beat Jay's 15 strobe setup! Haha!

LOL, I don't have enough money for that even if they did decide to distribute Bees here. Jay's been planning to do so though, so you might want to talk to him about it too.

I'll try to ask him at the DPP anniversary on July 3rd. It'll be great to have a mid-range option here rather than just relying on super expensive Aurora/Rime lights or super cheap stuff like Jinbei and FalconEyes.
Btw, I know you just lurk in DPP but you were mentioned in a very stimulating discussion between Jay, some veteran posters and another forumer. It was a very animated discussion on archetypes and their uses and functions in photography. Jay cited your work as an example of the right way to handle established archetypes vs. the thread starter's opinions.
Take a look if you have half an hour to spare. Your cameo was somewhere on page 9 or 10.

Jay praises me too much. Seriously I don't think I'm that good, LOL. It's always overwhelming, the way he puts it every single time. I'm never going to get used to it. I still think I'm a noob until now, haha.
