The hands kind of look like a fence. To me it looks like someone who has built a fence between herself and the world, yet she still looks out without allowing people in.
At least, that's the first idea that came to mind. It's so imaginative and can have a thousand interpretations

great work on this picture, it not only grabbed my attention, but it kept it. I seriously sat staring at it for qutie some time. I love the surrealism of it, and the whole thing how it all is just 'off' My question to you: was this done in photoshop or what?
