Description Lyod asked me for a Riolu next.

For the fact that tis is my very first Riolu and I had to draw it out of circles (I usually just slap stuff on paper) I'm pretty satisfied with it c:

It's really hard to do a tutorial, it's like draw circles, now do the rest!
