I think you're getting better. The chest seems to be a lot better than how you used to draw it, and I like how smooth the shoulders are and how relaxed and natural the hair is.
However! There is always room for improvement.
The legs should not be bending that way, and I think the arms are way too thick for her body.
You also need to practice drawing hands. But the hands aren't that bad.
You're improving a lot! Keep up the good work!

That isn't her leg bending. Her skirt was supposed to be lifted up like that by a string O: I didn't wanna lose focus of the dress though, so I didn't add in the string in the final ink.
Ahahaha. I would suffer all in the sake of fashion though :] I wouldn't mind twisting my leg if I look like that
