Alice in Wonderland's Alice. This actually goes with my White Rabbit (2) piece, part 2 of the collage. I'll be measuring out Cheshire Cat and the Caterpillar later.I have her more worried than curious in this piece. Well, maybe not worried. More like perturbed with a smidgen of worry. I started out the piece as the cat being more realistic and decided to toss that out since I enjoyed putting it on her head in near Tare Panda fashion. XD
I realized that a lot of ink/pen work I enjoy doing is tedious as hell. I like gridwork and stippling. I don't know why but I do. My love/hate for stippling doesn't really show in this piece, but my Naruto & Gaara stippled piece is fuckin' ridiculous as hell. As Satan's balls.

No, I was a bit of a wander at the time. When I came, you weren't there. The man next to you sold me the print. He was having a devil of a time crpping it, so I said he didn't have too.
I love Otakon, that was actually my thrid year. Each time I go it seems bigger, better, and crazer than the last time.

Oh, I adore the tiny little details like the ruffles on her skirt and the cat is charming. The warped checkers add a lot of pizazz. One criticism: Perhaps the outlines on her right side should be a little thicker as the checkery left side is a little overpowering. All in all, this is a spiffy, dreamy piece.
