Hehe yes I'm still working out! I've been slacking a bit due to conventions, but I still went most of summer, even if it was so hot for all these months! XD

Now don't get too cold riding! Are you working gloves and a hat at least?

Thing is, it does not need to be too cold. Hands are naturally not as "warm" or well, "irrigated" as other body parts. So, in humid climates (like my city) when temperatures are below 10ºC, hands after like 15 minutes of exposure to that temperature can start losing strength. You most likely see all bikers wearing gloves for that reason. The muscles start losing strength over time. Since most of the chill wind is not blocked in such a ride, it retains some movement but lose most of it. And.. well ,riding a bicycle needs a strong grip.
Below zero you'll always want to wear gloves. And its just the wind that does that.

OH yeah, humid climate is the worst in either cold or hot temperatures... I'm not biking a lot, but I do get very cold hands all the time during Fall/Winter, because it's humid in my city, and also because I hate wearing gloves...

yeah! and there's one more thing I forgot to mention: you keep on tightening your hands as you hold your grip, so blood flow is even worse than the usual. 


I hate gloves but I do love wrist and arm bands.  xD

Yeah, there's that too! I never got the occasion to bike in winter to try this displeasure. Too much snow most of the time. XD
