Trust me I've had severe artists block before, All it takes is motivation, and drawing at least SOMETHING. It doesn't matter if it's scribbles to patterns to colors to cats. Just pick up your pencil and draw something!
I find requests motivate me... so I was just putting it out there c;

Draw something new, like have someone request you to draw something and then try their suggestion, forgetting how good it looks.
Try putting genres/themes into a hat and then pull them out and draw something to that theme every day
etc. the list goes on.
