Krum looks a bit like Merlin. Don't you think? Also, I love Fleur, and Mad-Eye resembles an old Native American man who used to be my neighbor.

Poor Viktor looks a little scared having his disembodied head right next ot Mad-eye's of course I'd fear for me too.They all look really excellent. My favorite would have to be mad eye only cause everyone always over do or under do his peculiar eye. He looks just like I imagined his would.

Wow, such striking character designs! Karkaroff is spot-on. Fleur is spot-on and BEAUTIFUL. Moody looks suitably mad and creepy (though perhaps a bit younger than I imagined; must be the brownish hair). And I love your version of Krum; I can just hear him saying, "Vere is Herm-own-ninny?"

Mad Eye looks tuff, good job on him! Fleur looks like the delicate-featured, somewhat snotty girl I pictured from the book and Victor's broken looking nose is right on the mark.
