So it's been a WHILE since I did a 100% pencil piece untouched in photoshop. ESPECIALLY something this complicated. It. Felt. SOGOOD.

If you don't know by now, this is Sascha, from a personal story of mine, currently in progress. You can find him and his storymate Tristan all over my gallery and scrapbook. But no you can not has.

This is amazing. You are amazing. Just. Aaaah! I adore this. I'm so intrigued by his slightly strange appearance and long fingers, and that neat thing creeping up the window. I can't really tell if it's on the window or a reflection of something behind the viewer - such a great illusion!

Ashley this is amazing @_@ I love your traditional/digital artchildren but your purely traditional ones still always win, in my eyes anyway.

I really can't get over how awesome your designs are in general. They always have an amazing organic feel and no matter how many times you repeat a similar design (like the swirls of vines and whatnot for Saschyface), they do not get old. Also the fact that you have a surreal feeling to everything, while the surreal visuals are still so subtle... Ahhh! Lovelovelove.

Wow, that's amazing! I very much like the way that you used the decorations in the window, and created the effects of the 'glass' there. I'm amazed that it's all traditional! xD

Sascha looks beautiful! I love how you decided to keep this untouched by Photoshop! Your shading ability and giving of textures is amazing.
I also have to say that I love his fingers in this piece.

I never have the patience to completely cover a sheet a paper with pencil.
This is outstanding. I especially love the reflection you've put to make to appear like it's actually glass.
