I love mocking anything I can get my hands on, and Lord of the Rings fanfiction is ALMOST bad enough to mock itself. No really... ever read a fic so bad you can't even speak for an hour afterwards, your brain has been raped so badly? I know I have.But anyway, I figured I'd mock a good variety of fanfic, which is Random 'Original' Character(female 99.9% of the time... the .1% is usually a female disquised as a male, actually... and its the author of the fic 90% of this) hooking up with Random Canon Character('RCC' is narrowed down to Legolas or Frodo 99.9% of the time... the .1% is Elrond... which is wrong on many levels, so I won't go into that... but I will say this: Crossdressing Elrond should be illegal.)
So! For your enjoyment, this is a basic outline of 90% of stories written by Frodo!Fans. And usually the whole story is written much like the title of this particular piece. "LYKE, OMG!!!11!!"
Anyway, the moral of the picture is: Never draw past 2AM. Ever.

I LOVE you for this! Frodo is my favourite Tolkien (male) character and my mind also has been raped several times by snippets of really BAD fanfics! They are so painful, seriously, it's even hard to enjoy them for laughs. This mocking parody is just like Ainur music to my entire being!

Worried about brain rape is the reason I am picky about the fanfics that I read, especially about LotR. This also explains why I don't have any ocs for Frodo (The other aspect is I think in Hobbiton, any girlfriend of Frodo will be shunned from family or her peers, because Frodo and Bilbo are viewed as the weird guys).

This is largely the reason I stay away from LotR fanfiction, however. The one time I ever did read a fanfic about it was enough to convince me that this series is best left by itself, without the taint of fanfiction.
