Self-Centered - Toli usually thinks of himself as the center of attention, since as a child he was doted upon constantly by his family, as well as their underlings.

Self-Conscious- Despite his attempts at giving off an aloof, cool air, Toli is ridiculously self-conscious. He cares tremendously about the way he looks, the way he acts, what others think of him, and etc., Almost to the point where he thinks he hears people whispering about him.

Friendly- Even given the bad press about him being a jerk, he can still pull off a decent conversation with his prince-like manners...Maybe make a friend or two if he tries hard enough.

Spacey - Sure he puts a lot of thought into his wardrobe and the way he walks, but Toli still has a strong tendency to daydream if you leave him alone long enough.

Blunt- Toli speaks his mind, and he's not worried about the other party's feelings. If there's something he doesn't like, he'll say something about it.

Immune to your Feminine Wiles- He isn't really affected by women, in fact they're pretty much invisible to him. It's not that he isn't interested in them, it's just that none of them have caught his eye really.

Family Background / History: Born into a family with a royal back history, Toli was constantly suffocated with traditions and customs. Growing up, he was expected to do everything properly and perform everything with manner and grace, leaving him little to no room to do anything he wanted. Like many others in the same sort of situation, he didn't like this at all, but instead of rebelling, he submerged himself in the world outside of these archaic traditions.

Toli would love looking through magazines about fashion and current events whenever he had the chance to, even going as far as keeping newspapers and fashion catalogs in his room. Of course, if his family had ever found out about his secret obsession, they'd be sure to get rid of it, since things like clothing were considered weak. Especially with the added threat of the dangerous ties his family had.

They were grooming him to take over the family business, along with the family's...side business. (Of course he didn't and still doesn't know anything about their relations with the Mafia) Toli knew this quite well, his inevitable future in his father's shoes, looking over some dull factory with so many dull workers. This ignited the small rebellious flame that wanted to leave that gray country.

As he grew older, Toli still kept his strange habit, in fact, it developed to the point where he planned on running away from home and leaving for New York as soon as he turned 17. At the same time, he matured as well. Instead of growing big and burly as his father had, he was slender and feminine. When seen from behind, he's been mistaken frequently for a tall woman instead of the man he was meant to be. To his family's enemies, this proved useful in their plots to take down the Romanovs.

When the day came that he'd put his plan in action, Toli packed up all he needed for his new life in America. Their opposing families also acted. They managed to kidnap him right as he boarded the train to the airport. Of course his father was able to retrieve him, but this soon led them to other worries. Discovering their son's attempt to leave the country, they had even more troubles keeping him safe from their enemies.

Deciding what was best for him, they sent him to Brent in hopes of keeping him safe, but unknowingly away from his dreams.
